What does it cost?
Hourly rate: $75
Full day (8–10 hours): $500
3 or more days: $450 per day
Set up and take down must be included in rental time.

Cancellations made before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of the event or no-shows will not be refunded.
How many people can The Little Lakehouse accomodate?
The space comfortably seats 24 at tables, with an additional 4 barstools and 4 side chairs. The maximum recommended capacity is 30 guests.
How does the billing process work?
To reserve your date at The Little Lakehouse, you’ll need to sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or arrange outside catering. The kitchen is available for preparing food but Please note: tableware and utensils are not provided.

Yes. There is a wheelchair ramp to The Little Lakehouse.
