Property Details

The Green House is located in the heart of Palmer, Alaska. Walking distance to local breweries, shopping and outdoor activities.

The Green House is located on a quiet street, close to the many amenities of Palmer, Alaska! Live Like a Local and check-out downtown Palmer, which is only 0.8 miles away (a 15-minute walk). Downtown, you will find local restaurants, breweries, coffee/smoothie shops, as well as fun boutiques to shop at. The breathtaking views of the mountains are the icing on the cake, making your stay at the Green House something you will never forget.

Palmer can be experienced by foot, bike, or car. Downtown Palmer is a must-see. We recommend taking the walking tour (provided in our Guidebook!). If you are planning on exploring other nearby towns ( Wasilla, Talkeetna, Eagle River, etc.) a car is needed. A drive through Hatcher's Pass never disappoints! We have plenty of parking on the property.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, guests are required to sign a rental agreement when booking The Greenhouse.

One of our Favorite Stays in Alaska!

The home was well stocked, bright, decorated perfectly, as well as clean. It was so comfortable that it felt like our home away from home. Colleen was very responsive as well. The home is centrally located to excellent restaurants and breweries. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Palmer area.

Thoughtfully decorated, great morning light and the best views. The perfect spot in Palmer which is a great little town.
The host Colleen was incredibly helpful and responsive.
