The property will include two lakeside firepits, perfect for gathering around and sharing stories under the Alaskan night sky. To help you explore the stunning Lake Lucille, we’ll have kayaks available for rent, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty at your own pace. Additionally, fishing enthusiasts will appreciate our new dock, providing easy access to angling adventures.

The Little Lakehouse is a gathering space for community, business and family. With space for 30, the Little Lakehouse is the ideal spot for your business meeting, community event, or family gathering.

Featuring a full kitchen, flexible indoor seating and seating on the deck overlooking Lake Lucille, the Little Lakehouse is a versatile space designed to accommodate various events.
